Q: Can you feed my dog before or after a walk?

A: We are happy to accommodate feeding requests before or after a walk. Please ensure to provide clear instructions and easy access to your dogs food/dishes as needed.

 

Q: what actually happens during a scheduled dog walk?

A: Dog walks are completed within the clients neighbourhood. The walker will pick up your dog (requires access to your home and/or suite), and then walk with your dog allowing them time to explore and take care of business as needed. Walks are completed on leash, and with weather and time permitting, some off leash time spent at one of the local dog parks may also be included with permission from you.

 

Q: how many dogs do you walk in a group walk?

A: Group walks can accommodate 2-3 dogs during one scheduled walk. We would not be walking more than 3 dogs together at any given time in order to keep our pack members safe and properly attended to. This option is also great for dogs who enjoy socializing with other canine friends. We are also happy to offer Individual walks for owners or dogs who prefer one-on-one walks over the group style.

 

Q: what forms of payment do you accept?

A: For regular clients, billing and payments are completed on a monthly basis. Forms of payment accepted include cash, personal cheque or email money transfer sent to allwagswelcome@gmail.com. Detailed receipts are provided via email for all payments.

 

Q: what if I need to change or cancel a scheduled service for my pet?

A: We understand that schedules can change and are happy to accept cancellations up to 2 hours before a scheduled walk. For pet sitting, daycare & boarding services we are happy to accept change requests or cancellations up to 12 hours before a scheduled service. If cancellations are requested outside of this timeline service charges may still be applied.
